DostoTally.ERP9 ke is part me hum aapko batayenge ki Tally.ERP9 me accounts groups kitne hote h aur kon kon se hote h.Tally.ERP9 me accounts groups bahut hi important h.Inme sabi reports aur last accounts groups ke aadhar per hi taiyar hoote h tally me sampuran accounting work ladger ke madham se kiya jata h aur her ek ladger ko kisi na kisi group me rakha jata h.Isliye ladger group ke according hi kaam karte h.

Accounts group ,Tally me accounts info. me show hote h jaha se accounts groups ko manage kiya jata h .
Tally.ERP9 me by default 28 group hote h jinme 15 group primary aur 13 group sub group hote h.Sub group primary group ke niche hi bane hote h.Iske alawa user apne personal group b create kar skta h.

Detail Of Accounts Groups Primary Aur Sub Groups➥

(1)Capital a/c: yeh ek primary group h jo dayitaw sawbhaw ka h yeh group balance sheet ke dayitaw(Libilities) side me show hota h.Iska use tab kiya jata h jab koi wykti wyapar me punji lagata h isliye wyapari ke accounts ko is group ke niche rakha jta h.

(2)Loans Liabilities: yeh b ek primary group h iska use tab kiya jata h jab kisi se loan liya jata h isliye loan dene wali party ko is group ke niche rakha jata h.

(3)Current Liabilities: yeh b ek primary group h normally iska use nahi kiya jata kyoki libilites sawbhaw (neture) ke a/c ko is ke niche bane sub group me rakhte h.

(4)Fixed Assets: yeh b ek parkar ka primary group h jo sampti sawbhaw (neture) ka h.Yeh group balance sheet ke (Assets) side me show hota h.Iska use tab kiya jata h jab fix assets se realeted accounts taiyaar kiye jate h jese....Furniture,Home,Car etc.

(5)Investments: yeh b ek primary group h jo ki assets neture ka h iska use tab kiya jata h jab company ki assets ko kisi dusre farm me lagate h jese....Shares,Bond etc.

(6)Current Assets: yeh b ek primary group h iska use tab kiya jata h jab Chal Assets se realeted accounts banaye jate h .

(12)Direct Income: yeh b ek primary group h jo income nature ka h.iska use income se releated (jo income hame main stock se hoti h) account ke liye kiya jaata h.

(13)Indirect Income: yeh b ek primary group h iska use extra income se realeted account ke liye kiya jata h jese....commision receive,discount receive etc.

(14)Direct Expenses: yeh b ek primary group h jo ki Profit and Loss Account ke Expeneses side me show hota h.Iska use only for most important expeneses ke liye kiya jata h.

(15)Indirect Expeneses: yeh b ek primary group h iska use extra chhote expeneses ke liye kiya jata h jese....gaadi kiraya,disscount allow etc.

(16)Reserve & Surplus: yeh group capital group ka hi ek sub Group h yeh balance sheet ke liabilites side me show hota h.iska use reserve a/c ke liye kiya jaataa h.Reserve  account ka use loss and profit ko diffrent karne ya company ko sahi tarike se chalane ke liye kiya jaata h.

(17)Bank OD Account: yeh group loan and liabilites ka hi sub group h.Iska use bank se loan ya credit se se realeted account ke liye karte h.

(18)Secured Loan: yeh group loan and liabilites ka hi sub group h.Iska use secure loan se realeted  account ke liye kiya jata h.

(19)Unsecured Loan:yeh group loan and liabilites ka hi sub group h.Iska use unsecure loan se realeated accounts ke liye kiy jaata h.

(20)Duties & Taxes: yeh group current liabilites ka hi sub group h.Iska use  only for Tax se realeted accounts ke liye kiya jata h.

(21)Provisions: yeh group current liabilites ka hi sub group h.Iska use provision ke liye kiya jata h.

(23)Stock In Hand: yeh chal asset ka hi sub group h.Iska use kewal stock se realeted accounts ke liye kiya jata h.

(24)Deposits (Assets): yeh chal asset ka hi sub group h.Iska use deposit se realeted a/c ke liye kiya jata h.

(25)Loan and Advance (Assets): yeh chal asset ka hi sub group h iska use kisi imployee ya party ko diye gaye loan ya advnce ke liye kiya jata h.

(26)Sundry Debtors: yeh chal asset ka hi sub group h.sabi parkar ke dendaro ko is group ke under me rakhte h.

(27)Cash In Hand: yeh chal asset ka hi sub group h.iska use kewal cash se realeted a/c ke liye kiya jata h.

(28)Bank Accounts: yeh chal asset ka hi sub group h.iska use only for bank a/c ke liye karenge.
